Garness Jones’ dedicated Commercial Management team have been instructed by new clients in recent weeks to management their new recently acquired assets.
Investors and owner occupiers are turning to Garness Jones, whose management portfolio covers Yorkshire and Lincolnshire and continues to grow into other areas.
Recent instructions include the management of a prime retail parade in the heart of the market town of Beverley, East Yorkshire.
Purchased as a fully let long term investment this year this development offers significant returns now and in the future.
With proactive management key to maintaining a good landlord and tenant relationship, services provided by the Garness team will include first point of contact for day-to-day issues, collections and accurate client reporting and ensuring statutory compliance through service charge management.
Further instructions already secured this year include a new national client with a mix of residential and commercial assets across Hull, and another Hull-based Trust which recently let an industrial unit through Garness Jones, off Hedon Road.
Team provides 'transparency' for property owners through 'accurate reporting'
These instructions come after significant investment last year into a new management system at Garness Jones, which Director Simon Preston says will further enhance the efficiency of the department, and bring a string of benefits to clients and tenants.
“One of our key values is transparency, and we achieve this through accurate reporting and solid client communication. Our new system better supports and allows us to achieve this goal,” he said.
“We are delighted to have been instructed by these three new clients who have turned to us to ensure these portfolios are managed with minimum stress or hassle.
“When approached by a new client we start by obtaining a firm understanding of their needs. Through this process, and by forming a solid working partnership with our clients, we are able to maximise and grow their assets whilst ensuring their property meets the needs of the occupiers.
“It is our role to put plans and strategies in place to ensure tenants are well looked after and portfolios are maintained to a high standard.
“We are building a really strong portfolio of clients based on our values and our excellent team’s in-depth knowledge and ability to problem solve most situations. This is why we have added experience to our team, and invested in new technology which supports our abilities to manage properties with greater efficiency, clarity and consistency for clients.
“This is an area of growing work for the business, with our services acutely dovetailed with our professional agency team who constantly scan the market for suitable opportunities for our clients”.
