Anchor House

Our expertise helped increase occupancy levels at the office complex in Hull from 50% to 84% thanks to investment, reconfiguration and refurbishment. By attracting quality tenants on solid lease terms we were able to help secure a sale which represented an excellent return.

30-acre Business Park

We advised J.R. Rix & Sons on the multi-million pound purchase of Kingston International Business Park in Hull. At the time it was the largest multi-let industrial estate investment deal in the North of England that year. We now manage the 30-acre site on behalf of the business.

Retail property portfolio

We helped raise the occupancy rate of business tenants in a retail property portfolio from 66% at purchase to 100% over a two-year period, prioritising improving conditions for tenants and renegotiating lease agreements to vastly improve the investors return.
