Our team has helped with negotiations on many large-scale investment deals, from commercial portfolios of offices and retail outlets to sprawling industrial sites.

In recent times our commercial investment team advised J.R. Rix & Sons on the multi-million pound purchase of Kingston International Business Park in Hull, and BVG Property Investments on the purchase of Century Yard, a 14-acres site in Hull’s growing industrial, manufacturing and renewables sector heartlands.

We were also instrumental in Hull’s Anchor House office complex changing into the hands of new owners, who we now support to maximise their investment and ensure the best possible return.

Residential investments with great returns

We can identify opportunities for investors to purchase properties offering excellent returns in the residential market.

In recent times we handled the sale of King’s Buildings and Queens House in Hull city centre, which have been transformed into modern apartments for sales and lettings.

Our team also sold Brook Chambers, a residential complex of 22 apartments opposite St Stephen’s shopping centre, to an investor from the south east.

Other recent residential investment deals have included the sale of the former Brown’s Books property in George Street for the upper floor to be converted into apartments, and Hadley Place, a former residential care home which was sold to be transformed into a 24-bedroom multiple occupancy facility.

We also bring to market many individual properties which bring excellent returns and yields on assured shorthold tenancies, and advise on opportunities presented by small mixed-use properties with ground floor commercial premises and upper floor residential opportunities,  which can offer excellent yields.
