Commercial Property Management takes on Nottinghamshire instruction as department continues to grow

Garness Jones’ dedicated Commercial Property Management team is expanding its geographical presence and is now managing a new development in the centre of Mansfield.

The site was recently acquired by Garness Jones for the new owners who wished to continue the business partnership, instructing our team to manage the site which includes the restaurant chains Taco Bell, Tim Hortons and Dominos. 

The team now manages rent collections, service charge management and acts as the first point of contact for any day-to-day tenant issues as well as parking management and EV charging contracts.

Director Simon Preston heads the Management team, which includes senior chartered surveyors Zoe Clarvis and Chris Noble, who has more than 20 years’ experience of commercial property management and lease advisory services.

Key services include asset management to maximise the potential of assets and annual yields, facilities management to oversee day-to-day requirement and minimise stress and hassle for owners, and service charge management and professional services, such as lease renewals and rent reviews, including re-gearing of leases to allow landlords and tenants to amend existing lease terms to their mutual advantage. 

Our portfolio now sees us providing a full spectrum of lease advisory services to landlords, investors and occupiers in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
