The premises are of steel portal frame construction with insulated profile sheet cladding to the walls and roof. Part of the front and side elevations was brick to a height of approximately 2.33m. The roof was pitched with a parapet to the front and incorporating translucent panels which provided a degree of natural light into the warehouse area. Solar panels were installed on part of the roof.
Internally the premises has previously been used for trade sales, stores and ancillary offices. The premises has an eaves height of 4.77m rising to 6.17m at the apex. Internally the premises comprises of ground floor trade sales areas and large open plan workshop / warehouse space. First floor offices are available at the front of the premises. Lighting in the warehouse is LED and through the trade sales and offices LED panels. Windows and doors throughout were of UPVC double glazed. These were located at the front of the premises and at ground floor level benefitted from security shutters.
Externally the premises benefitted from dedicated forecourt parking as well as side yard area. Access from Tower Street is shared with the adjoining occupier.
