The approximate extent of the site is as shown edged red above. The premises comprises of reception/offices, workshop and stores with dedicated external yard area. The workshop has a mono pitch roof with and an average height under the main steel supporting beams of 2.94 metres. These workshops have full brick/block infill and several access roller shutters. Lighting throughout the workshop areas was LED tube. Off the main workshop areas are a number of spray booths. These are to remain in situ and any interested parties looking to use will be responsible for any initial servicing required to make them operational. Other fixtures and fittings currently in-situ were gas heaters and air lines. To be confirmed whether these will remain in situ.
In the external yard area there is additional spray booths along with space for parking / storage. The main access from Chapman Street will be shared with the adjoining occupier. There is potential for some additional parking spaces to be made available in this shared access area.
