The premises comprise warehouse/workshop accommodation with ancillary offices which are currently been used as a food processing factory. The premises as a shell, are steel portal frame construction with low level blockwork to a height of approximately 2.5 metres surmounted by insulated profile sheet cladding. The roof was mono pitched with a front and rear parapet. The roof was originally single skin profile sheet cladding but has been over boarded and covered with roofing felt. Windows and doors to the front elevation were UPVC double glazed, and a side yard had been created using palisade fencing with a double access gate providing access into the side shutter from Bergen Way. We understand allocated parking is available directly opposite the premises.
Internally the premises has been converted to provide clean processing/production areas with staff amenities and office accommodation. The production areas have been fitted out with hygiene panel walling, non-slip food grade vinyl flooring and suspended ceiling. Lighting in these areas was LED strip lighting. At the rear of the premises was a dispatch area. This area was racked by the current occupier and had a single access shutter which led into the side yard.
